Complaint decisions and appeals

Complaints concerning alleged illegal or non-consensual content are investigated in good faith. We may request additional information or documents when needed to complete the review.

If we determine that reported content is illegal or non-consensual, it will be removed immediately and the complainant will be notified electronically of the decision. If we determine that the content is not illegal or non-consensual, the complainant will also be notified electronically of that decision.

A dispute concerning a decision on alleged non-consensual content may be escalated for independent review or neutral arbitration at the operator's expense where required by the applicable processor or card-brand rules.

Any person depicted in content may request removal of content in which they appear by using the complaint form on this page. Requests are reviewed under the same identity, consent and safety standards.
